Metallurgical Equipment Brass Bushing is a high-performance brass bushing designed for working conditions in the metallurgical industry. It is precision-casted with a special copper alloy and has ultra-high wear resistance, high temperature resistance and impact resistance. It is suitable for bearings, guide sleeves and transmission parts of metallurgical equipment such as continuous casting machines, rolling mills, and blast furnaces. It can still maintain stable operation in harsh environments with high temperature, heavy load and high dust, significantly extending the equipment maintenance cycle.
1. Adaptability to extreme working conditions
High temperature and heavy load resistance: It can work in a short-term high temperature environment without softening or deformation of the alloy. It is suitable for high-load parts such as universal joints and press screws of rolling mills.
Corrosion resistance: It has passed the acidic/alkaline medium corrosion test and resists erosion by molten steel splash, cooling water vapor and iron oxide scale.
2. Ultra-long life design
Composite lubrication structure: Optional graphite inlay or oil-containing microporous process to achieve self-lubrication under high temperature dry friction, and the life is increased by 3 times that of ordinary copper bushings.
Surface strengthening: Covered with a wear-resistant layer, it is suitable for super wear parts such as rolling mill guide devices.

Nano-level tolerance: high inner hole precision ensures zero clearance with the roller bearing.
Anti-bite design: special alloy formula avoids high-temperature adhesion with the steel shaft and eliminates the "stuck" phenomenon.
